Family SOS is a local, non-profit, child-centered organization directed toward building strong and healthy families. Family SOS will proactively provide services and support to families and communities in need and adapt as their need and families evolve. For Parents
Our Parenting Programs are designed for parents/caregivers seeking support to help guide them in reaching their parenting goals.

For Youth
Our Youth Programs provide an experiential, peer-oriented, free-thinking setting for youth to develop life skills and confidence.
Healthy Teenz occurs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-6:30pm at the Greystone Centre.

Our Children’s Programs provide opportunities for growth and development in a fun and interactive environment.
Healthy Kidz Ages 5-8 occurs on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00-4:30pm.
Healthy Kidz Ages 9-11 occurs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:30pm.
