Supervised Access
Family SOS offers a Supervised Access/Exchange Program for parents who are involved in conflicted situations. Referrals come from a variety of sources, including Family Court, attorneys, child welfare and private arrangements. As with our other programs, supervised access is child-centered and is intended only to be a short-term solution.
Goals of Supervised Access/Exchange:
- To support continued relationships between the child and both parents, regardless of what has transpired in the marital situation.
- To provide short-term, safe environments for children to visit their non-custodial parents
- To allow children to have a positive, safe visit with their non-custodial parent
